Cynthia Burts began her career in commercial real estate in 1988 working with Douglas Cancienne, one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate brokers at both the Hanes Company, Marcus & Millichap & DC Commercial. Cynthia became Senior Vice President at DC Commercial in West Los Angeles and was consistently one of the top income earning agents for the company for over 18 years. During her years at DC Commercial, Cynthia recruited, hired, trained and mentored numerous agents for the company. Cynthia is credited with closing over 130 apartment buildings in Los Angeles with a focus on the Hollywood, Koreatown and Mid-Wilshire areas.

By possessing exceptional transactional skills in negotiating with buyers and sellers on a wide variety of major deal obstacles, she creatively and continually puts together deals by thinking outside of the box.
