Each listed property has a marketing package designed specifically for that individual transaction creating marketing value. We believe that our marketing package should help buyers know exactly why they should purchase the property, therefore we tailor it to investment and return goals.

Each package includes a portfolio of high quality recent photographs, as well as aerial and satellite photographs. Our marketing packages include an Investment Summary, Lease Summary, Lease surveys, Comparable Sales, On Market Comparables, Demographics, and Site Analysis and other relevant information as needed. Once a property has been carefully and thoroughly evaluated, a Consultant will then contact all the high probability buyers and owners in a location with preference to a property type. In order to serve our clients purposes best, Burts & Associates always works and cooperates with outside brokers.
